Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because hiding prices wastes your time and ours. The ranges on this page are real: most projects land inside them, and we tell you exactly where yours falls after a free 30-minute discovery call. If your budget and our ranges don't overlap, you find out in two minutes instead of two meetings.
What determines where a project lands within a range?
Three things: the number of systems being connected, the complexity of the decisions being automated, and how much testing and compliance review your industry requires. After the discovery call you get a fixed quote, not an estimate that drifts.
Who owns the automations when the project is done?
You do. Every workflow, agent, and account is built in accounts your business owns, and we hand off documentation with every project. You can maintain it yourself, hire anyone else, or keep us on retainer. There is no lock-in by design.
Which tools do you build on, and do we have to pay for them?
We build on n8n, Make, and Zapier for workflow automation, the Claude and OpenAI APIs for AI agents and chatbots, and modern voice AI platforms for phone agents. Platform subscription costs are yours and are itemized in every quote, typically tens to a few hundred dollars per month, and we minimize them by recommending the cheapest platform that fits.
How long do projects take?
The automation audit takes two weeks. Single workflows ship in days. Multi-system pipelines and AI chatbots typically take two to six weeks, AI agents three to eight weeks, and voice agents three to six weeks including live-call testing. Your quote includes a milestone schedule.
What happens after launch?
Every project ships with documentation and a handoff session. After that, support retainers cover monitoring, repairs when APIs change, and small improvements, starting at $1,500/month. Retainers are month-to-month; we keep them by being useful, not by contract.
We already have automations and they keep breaking. Can you fix them?
Yes. Rescue and maintenance of existing Zapier, Make, and n8n setups, including ones other developers built, is routine work for us, either as a fixed-price repair or under a support retainer.
